CITY WELLINGTONS

I am proud to present the first product photos from our Kristine Vikse collection - some fabolous City Wellingtons! I love rainboots, but I have missed some heels, that makes me feel more elegant also in the rain! So - I designed them for the collection! They are from high quality producers for other well established wellington brands  (of whitch I can not tell you here on the blog ...) with a soft and warm fleece lining. The colors are matte black and matte grey -with black soles.

DIORS JUNON & VENUS DRESS

Diors Junon & Venus dresses from fall / winter 1949-50 collection must be some of the world most wonderful dresses.

The Junon dress is made of pale-blue silk net embroidered with iridescent blue, green, and rust sequins, while the Venus is made of gray silk net embroidered with feather-shaped opalescent sequins, rhinestones, simulated pearls, and paillettes.

The dresses was a Hera to the Greeks, and recall Dior's belief that "fashion comes from a dream."

Today I was on an exhibition where I fell in love with the work of Finnish artist Tuula Lehtinen.
